This sure has been a fast year! If I ever did anything fun and crafty, I'd have something to show you! Instead, I am still working on my flylady routines and slowly chipping away at the 6,549,823 house projects we have going on. I've also been super busy at work, with no time for internet play.
I'm still excited about my Midcentury Neighborhoods group on flickr. I have a bunch of photos to upload, but I'm not sure when I'll have time to do it! (I just spent a few minutes over there and saw that we have four members besides myself and some great photos! If you like humble fifties houses, you gotta go see!)
I am really looking forward to this weekend. I've already put the word out to the kids and husband that there will be no Anime Club, no sleepovers, no major house projects! Just nice quiet, creative family play time! I'm going to buy some polymer clay and the kids and I are going to try our hands at creating canes and subsequent beads. If anyone knows of some good internet resources, I'd love to see them.
In the meantime, one more long day at work and then some fun! (I hope! The boys are fighting in the next room-hopefully they'll be settled down by Saturday morning!)
