Here's another view of the whole shebang. We poured cement into the bottom of the barrel and inserted a pipe while the cement was wet. Then we drilled a few holes for drainage in the sides of the barrel above the cement, added soil and then flowers. This is from the back of the house looking out to the rear fence and shed.
